Fly into Nairobi (NBO) and connect by light aircraft to the Mara; riding-safari operators handle the full chain. Multi-day rides book out nearly a year ahead for migration season, with set departures and small groups. Pack for the saddle, half-chaps, riding gloves, a hat that stays on at a canter, and be candid about your riding level when booking; it is a safety matter here.
