Rock Climbing in Otztal
Tyrol's longest side valley, where glacier-fed gorges at the valley mouth have made this corner of Austria the canyoning and whitewater capital of the Alps since the 1980s.

Granite and gneiss above the valley floor, with sport routes, alpine rock and via ferrata reachable from the same base as the canyoning and rafting.

High valley, so the season is short. Snow can linger on approaches into June.
