SchoolHands On Cretan Cooking hosts a four-hour class in a family garden at Kounoupidiana, fifteen minutes from the centre of Chania: pick vegetables, prep the slow-cooked main, knead kalitsounia and fry potatoes over fire, then sit down to the feast with local wine and raki included.
